Ken Lemelin

Ken was a senior audit partner in PwC’s Richmond, Virginia office.  Ken was with PwC for 34 years; 23 as a partner.  His career was primarily focused on global consumer and industrial products companies and included assignments in Richmond, London, Chicago, Switzerland and Washington D.C.  As the Lead Global Partner for some of PwC's largest consumer products industry clients, Ken had extensive experience in delivering PwC's network of accounting, audit, tax and advisory resources both in the US and around the globe.   

Ken’s experience included major acquisitions, divestitures, complex tax restructurings, SAP systems implementations, finance transformation, shared services, sustainability reporting, internal control, IT security and risk related matters.  He has significant experience in dealing with technical accounting and financial reporting matters.   

Ken received his Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Virginia Tech in 1984 and was a licensed CPA in Virginia.
