Ashley Zega

Ashley is the Southeast Region Federal Credits and Incentives Leader for RSM US LLP. She has over 13 years of experience in tax compliance and tax accounting, with a primary focus on research and development tax incentives. Ashley started her career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP where she was nominated to join the ACIS Emerging Leaders Board (ELB) for Virginia Tech as a founding member.

Ashley received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Information Systems from Virginia Tech in 2008 and has been actively involved in Pamplin initiatives through the Student Outreach Committee and her 2-year Chair position on the ELB.  Ashley also leads campus recruiting initiatives at RSM, focusing on student outreach, talent development, and diversity initiatives.

Ashley is a CPA in the state of Virginia and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
