Kasey George

With more than 13 years of professional experience, Kasey is a Partner with Cherry Bekaert in Richmond, Virginia. As an audit partner, Kasey has a wealth of experience in providing financial statement audits, audits of internal controls, statutory audits, and other regulatory attestation services.  Kasey provides assurance and advisory services to growing middle-market clients in the manufacturing, distribution, technology, and other commercial sectors.

Prior to joining Cherry Bekaert, Kasey was an audit managing director at one of the big four public accounting firms where she served Fortune 500 SEC public companies.  Her diverse background of experience enables Kasey to provide thoughtful and wide-ranging advice to clients.

Kasey graduated from Virginia Tech in 2007 with bachelor’s degrees in accounting and management and graduated from Virginia Tech’s Master of Accounting program in 2008.

Away from work, Kasey enjoys spending time with her husband and their two kids, volunteering, attending HIIT classes, and traveling back to Blacksburg with her family to cheer on the Hokies!
