Steve Lawson

Steve Lawson (ACIS ’04) is a partner in Baker Tilly US, LP’s Tysons Corner, Virginia office.  Steve serves as D.C. metro area tax practice lead, mentoring a practice of over 100 tax professionals.  Steve’s practice area focuses on tax advisory, and compliance for clients in a range of high-growth industries including technology, real estate, financial services, and government contracting. In addition, Steve leads Baker Tilly’s recruiting efforts of Virginia Tech students for all practice areas and has been a valued member of Baker Tilly’s tax technology transformation team.  In addition, Steve is an active participate of Virginia Society of CPAs (VSCPA), Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). Steve and his wife Erica reside in Arlington, Virginia.
