Phil Moore

Phil Moore received his undergraduate degree in Accounting Information Systems in 2000 and his Masters of Accountancy in 2001 from the Pamplin College of Business. He is a CPA, CISA, and PMP.  Phil is a Partner at Kearney & Company and leads their Federal IT Assurance practice. He is responsible for federal go to market activities, recruiting, practice development and training, and is the lead partner for IT audits and consulting projects for U.S. Federal Government agencies and Federal cloud providers.  He is married to Julie Moore, also a Hokie, and has three children that he hopes one day also attend Virginia Tech.
