Brief Bio: Rachelle is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Audit and Assurance practice.  Rachelle has eleven years of experience serving public and private companies, principally within the retail and distribution, and manufacturing industries.  Her experience includes serving large SEC clients with extensive knowledge pertaining to business combinations and Sarbanes Oxley procedures.  She started her career at Deloitte in Charlotte, North Carolina as a full-time campus hire, which is where she currently resides.  She is a proud Hokie and loves coming back “home” to Blacksburg whenever possible.

Advice to future Hokie graduates:  Start your career search and begin developing skills to include in your resume early!  Recruiting is becoming more competitive, where students are now distinguishing themselves from others in their freshman and sophomore years.  It is essential that you enhance your resume with both community activities and career development early in your education.
