Nadia A. Rogers, Professor of Practice and Director of our Master of Accounting and Information Systems Program, was recently appointed to serve on the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ (AICPA) Board of Examiners (BOE).  The BOE, a senior committee of the AICPA, is responsible for setting policy for the Uniform CPA Examination (CPA Exam) in accordance with legal and psychometric standards as they apply to licensure examinations.  Additionally, the BOE oversees the development and scoring of the CPA Exam, ensuring that it aligns with the skills and knowledge required of newly licensed CPAs, while also representing the CPA Exam to state boards of accountancy and the accounting profession as a whole.
