2019 Public Accounting Report Annual Professors Survey
In the 2019 Public Accounting Report (PAR) Annual Professors Survey, the ACIS department is nationally ranked 29th for its Undergraduate program and 23rd for its Master's program. When adjusted for faculty size, ACIS is ranked 19th for its Undergraduate program and 15th for its Master's program. Importantly, when considering schools in the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic region, the ACIS Undergraduate program is ranked 8th and the Master's program is ranked 3rd.

College Factual ranked ACIS among the best accounting programs in the nation: #2 in the Southest and #20 nationwide. College Factual's website states, "It is hard to beat Virginia Tech if you want to study Accounting. Virginia Tech accounting majors receive 20.2% more than the average accounting grad."
